Once purchased ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Non-Refundable nor exchanges! Due To All Products being Customized, all orders come with care instructions for your purchase. However, if there seems to be any reasonable damages resulted by Nya Co. We have no problem with, replacing your purchase within better format!
    • DURATION TIME:   
Nya Co takes 3-5 Business Days to properly process. This does not include shipping duration times. We do allow rush orders on certain products upon availability, with a mandatory rush fee. Submit a form on the contact us page if looking to place a rush order. Please keep in mind ALL products, produced by us, are VERY authentic. ALL made by our CEO!! We'll have your items out to you As Soon As Possible.
      • PAYMENT POLICY:   
    The 3-5 day processing time does not start until Payment is Received. THE QUICKER THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, THE QUICKER THE DURATION TIME!! Once Nya Co Receives your payment successfully, the Processing of your purchase will begin.
    • DELIVERY OPTIONS:

    We only offer shipping and local pickup. If you live local in Fort Myers, FL feel free to select local pickup at check out. There’s no need to pay for shipping! The pickup location will be sent to you upon completion. If you are outside of Fort Myers, no problem! We offer 3 different shipping rates. Be mindful of the processing time and shipping duration before submitting a order!

      QUESTION: Is there a certain time period my payment needs to be received?

      ANSWER: No! Purchase whenever you'd like, but your order begins processing when purchased. 

      Rush Order

      QUESTION: Are you able to create an order for me ready before 3-5 business days.

      ANSWER: This is considered a rush order. I limit rush orders to certain products I know can be finished quickly. Please submit a form on the “Contact us” page, and I will get back to you with more answers!
